By car...

We have a car park including two disabled spaces. There is also enough space for a touring car to park (just let us know in advance, and we will make sure there is enough space if it is busy).

Are you just dropping off or picking someone up? Then we also have three Kiss + Ride spots!

..or on your bike?

For bikes and scooters, there is parking along the car park.

There is no supervision of the car park or bike parking.

We are accessible by bus. The stop is called Fun Valley and is about 50 metres from the car park entrance in the direction of Eijsden.

   TICKETS   

Is it possible to buy tickets for Fun Valley online?
For Fun Valley, tickets can be ordered via the website and bought at the ticket counter.

Do I need to book in advance for Fun Valley?
No, that is not necessary. You can also buy your ticket at the ticket counter, but online you have a discount!

Can I change the date of my tickets?
No problem! Click    HERE    and fill in the form. We will move your ticket(s) to the day of your choice if you request it in time, according to the terms and conditions. You will receive an email with your new tickets.

I bought tickets online, but haven't received a confirmation e-mail yet, what do I do?
It may take a few minutes for our system to process the payment. The confirmation is coming soon! It is also always a good idea to check that you haven't made a mistake when you entered your e-mail address or that the confirmation has ended up in your spam.

Can I get a receipt or invoice of the tickets?
On site, you can ask for a receipt at the counter for the tickets you just bought there. At the end of the day, we will close up our cash register and this is no longer possible. For online tickets, we do not have the possibility of preparing a receipt or invoice.

   FACILITIES   

Do I have to pay for parking?
Per car, you pay 3,00 for the whole day. Please note that our car park is closed after the park closes.

Is it possible to shower or change clothes?
Yes, there are changing rooms and showers with hot water. Shower tokens are available on site for 2,50 each. On the beach, you will find a free shower (with cold water) to rinse off.

Do you have lockers?
We have lockers in the entrance hall for 1,- per locker. Lockers can be opened multiple times with a personalised code. Please note that the entrance hall closes no later than 18:00, so you must have emptied your locker beforehand.

Questions about activities?

Is it necessary to book activities in advance?
Yes, activities cannot be booked on site. For last-minute reservations (7 days or less in advance), we recommend contacting us by phone.

Can we participate in an activity with fewer than the minimum number of people?
This is possible, please note that we do charge for the minimum number of participants.

The final number of people is not certain yet, can we make a reservation?
Yes, no problem. You can change the number of people free of charge up to 8 days before arrival. Please take the minimum number into account.

   PAYMENT   

When is payment due?
Bookings through our website require immediate payment, without the payment the booking is not requested. For requests by mail or contact form, you will receive the invoice approximately 21 days before arrival. This invoice must be paid at least 14 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings, the amount must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Payment on site is not possible.

Do I still have to pay the entrance fee when I book an activity?
No, the activities include the entrance fee. Before and after the activity(s), the park facilities may be used within regular opening hours.

   PRACTICAL   

What if bad weather is forecast on the day of the activity?
All activities will continue even in the rain. So make sure to bring warm rainwear. Should the weather forecast be so bad that it is dangerous, we will of course provide a suitable solution. This will depend on what resources we have available that day and we will communicate in good time, unfortunately it is not possible to discuss this more than three days in advance.

What clothes should I wear?
During the activities, there is a chance that you may get wet and dirty. So put on easy and sporty (rain) clothes. In case of water activities or bad weather, we recommend bringing a towel and dry clothes.

Questions about Ballorig?

What is the difference between Fun Valley and Ballorig?
Fun Valley provides access to the beach and group activities by reservation. The beach has play equipment for children and the beach has access to the Beer Café and Beach Bar. There are also pedal boats for rent.
Ballorig is an indoor and outdoor playground. There is no access to the beach or water, but you can enjoy the view.

Fun Valley and Ballorig are adjacent, can I visit both with one ticket?
No, that is not possible. Fun Valley and Ballorig are two different businesses that use a shared car park and are both located in the same hall. The operations are completely separate and therefore both also have a different set-up in terms of opening hours and prices.

Can I buy a ticket for Ballorig online?
For Ballorig, it is only possible to buy a ticket at the ticket counter.

Can I bring my own food and drink to Ballorig?
This is not permitted in the indoor playground or on the outdoor playground terrace. However, the outdoor playground has grassy lawns and several picnic benches, where you may bring your own food and drink.

Other questions?

Can I bring a dog?
No, dogs and other pets are not allowed. Of course, we make an exception for SOHO dogs. We may then ask for a registration document.

Is the water safe to swim in?
Yes, it is safe to swim. You can check on zwemwater.nl or on the blue signs by the bicycle parking for further information before you go in. If there is anything special to mention, we will always let you know at the entrance ticket counter!

Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes, on the sunbathing meadows and picnic benches you are allowed to bring your own food and drink. In the catering establishments and on the terraces, you are not allowed to bring your own food and drink.

Can I bring my own barbecue?
No, barbecues and other fire-related materials are not allowed. This includes, for example, grill plates, gas appliances, shishas and samovars.
